I have sent numerous emails requesting help because numbers in small cells cannot be read. No reply.

Rebecca, I want to personally apologize for the entire experience you've had with my kits! For several months I {admittedly} haven't been able to be attentive to my store or my customers, and I am so very sorry. 😓

I will check the kit(s) you purchased, do some editing to make it better, and update the files for you. The 'Quirky Santa' Collection are some that I rendered when I first created these kits last year, and I believe I can make some changes to improve yours without any issues. Once I do that the updated link should automatically resend to you.

In the meantime, I will also take care of your purchase. I do not want to lose you as a longtime customer, member, or friend, because I've let my personal life get in the way of my business. You are my priority.

I hope you will accept my apology and allow me to make this up to you.
