Rich colors & quick drying

I ordered Cate Paper Co. paint tube set when I need a better quality acrylic for a Robert Fredrick wall art painting kit I found in Bayfield, WI. I also used them for a botanical paintings book. These paints strike a good balance in open time—long enough to blend on canvas, yet quick-drying enough for layering without long waits. The earth tones in this set, like Sage and Bark, have that rich granularity artists love, with no muddiness upon mixing. The range also includes single-pigment formulations that make for cleaner secondary and tertiary mixes. The basic packaging includes a nice tube tray to keep colors organized. I recommend this product.

I am so thrilled to have your feedback on this product! I have tested so many 'high-end' paints, and I was surprised to find such a nice opacity and texture with this affordable set that I had to add it to my inventory.
